Harpring has been the subject of multiple filmroom evaluations over the past 2 and 1/2 years. A 5-Star dual threat, Harpring is playing at an elite level right now establishing herself as one of the nation's premier prospects as a result. She has comfortably slid into the role of full-time Point Guard playing that both for her Marist School roster and her Southeast All Stars club roster as well the past two seasons. Harpring was a finalist for the USA Basketball 17-and-Under team. In the process, she matched up with two of the 2026 Class other premier lead guard options in Autumn Fleary and Maddyn Greenway. Harpring was able to defend the length of the floor while making plays on the offensive end as well. Harpring had one of the premier spring / summer seasons of any player in America regardless of class. As a result, she has scholarship offers from some of the nation's premier college programs. Harpring is both a driver off the bounce and a perimeter shot maker. On the defensive end of the hardwood, she was impressive with her on ball consistency against elite teams from all over America. Going forward, Harpring's game will keep levelin' up as she gets more and more comfortable being vocal on the floor. -- Brandon Clay
Harpring was absolutely fantastic on the Elite Eight stage. She consistently got to her spot off the bounce and completed chances from the free throw line as well finishing with 23 points on the night. It's not out of the question that she becomes a 32-35 point a game kid before she leaves high school three seasons from now. Perhaps the most impressive thing Harpring did tonight was her effort away from the ball grabbing nine rebounds, three steals and two blocks all while playing the Point Guard position on offense. The only thing she didn't do was consistently take the 3-pointer if the defender switched. She hits 2-3 of those and it's a 30-plus performance in the E8 as a freshman. -- Brandon Clay
Harpring has grown leaps and bounds physically since our first evaluation over a year ago. As a result of playing with and against elite talent all club season, her game has gone to another level as well. Harpring is scoring with relative ease in high school games against Division One caliber guards two or three grades her senior. When she attacks off the bounce, more times than not Harpring is going to get to her spot. Add that to her willingness to spot then hit the open target and there is no reason that Harpring should not be considered one of the nation's premier lead guards in her class. That is backed up by the amount of Power 5 / elite mid major school recruiting offers that she has received so far this season. Harpring is a leader with her on floor play. As she becomes more and more comfortable leading with her voice, Harpring's game will keep trending upwards. -- Brandon Clay
This was our first time on the floor with the talented eighth grader. Harpring showed right out of the gate that she has the size, skill and strength to shoot with repetitive form out past the 3-point line. In that regard, Harpring’s jumpshot looks like a shot usually reserved for high school aged shooters. Holding her followthrough is the next step in the progression. Inside of game play, Harpring is an uber talented guard who in time should be one of the region's premier options at the point. She has the size, moxie and skill to get it done. Improving her in-game, on floor communication will take her game to the next level. -- Brandon Clay
