Bowman has evolved into a well-rounded perimeter player, showcasing good size and a keen understanding of how to utilize her physical advantages against smaller defenders. Her offensive effectiveness is highlighted by her ability to consistently convert perimeter shots, including those from midrange distances. Looking ahead, prioritizing conditioning will be crucial for sustaining her performance on the court, while enhancing her motor and foot speed will further elevate her game.
Bowman has turned herself into a shot maker through reps and work. She had a slight hitch that has smoothed itself out into a one-motion jumper. The top of her shot is clean with a consistent, tall followthrough. That form has Bowman poised to be one of the best shotmakers inside the Sunshine State for the next two years. Bowman has a slight twist of her feet on the way up. Making sure she sticks the landing square to the rim only helps ensure her shot percentages continue to rise. -- Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
Bowman has put considerable time on her game the past 12 months. She is creating her own shot off the bounce and also showing the ability to let it from from beyond the arc. She has a slight hitch in her mechanics that has smoothened out over the last year as well. Bowman has an efficient and effective game. -- Brandon Clay
Bowman is a tough, hard working perimeter player. She is a physical presence on the perimeter who can power her way to the rim once she gets a step on her defender. She is a great cutter/driver and competes on the boards. Her jumper is a best weapon, making her an even bigger threat on the perimeter. She is extremely engaged and takes coaching well.
It's easy to appreciate Bowman's size on the perimeter coupled with her elite level work ethic. She has made the trip up to Atlanta two weekends in a row to improve on her game. Bowman is shooting it well off the catch as well as showing noticeable improvement on her half court ball handling. The next step in her progression is to slow her feet down on the move to read helpline defenses in real time. -- Brandon Clay
