Minch is headed to DePaul next summer. She'll give Doug Bruno a forward with legitimate size and skill. Minch has real shooting range and can consistently make the 3-pointer. We believe that Minch stil has another level of her game that she can tap into before she heads off to the Lincoln Park based campus. Continuing to build on her footwork with the inside foot plant off the bounce will only help her ability to make shots off the move. Minch has already shown that she has range out to the 22-23 foot mark. -- Brandon Clay
There's no reason that Minch should not possess the confidence to score the basketball both shooting and posting. She can make plays on both ends and should keep growing as a player with time competing against other elite kids on a daily basis. Right now, Minch will occasionally turn down an open look that should be an auto release. She has the skill set to be really really good in due time. -- Brandon Clay
Minch is so skilled at the forward position. On her jumper, when Minch’s right elbow stays under the basketball, she’s a completely different shooter than when that elbow flies off the line on her. For Minch, that small tweak is a huge separator giving her shooting range to 24 feet. The next step in her game is raising her confidence level in that regard. Minch showed the potential size and current length to be a versatile wing player. The way the game is being played now, I can even envision her serving as a small ball 4 player giving the offense another 30 plus percent 3-point threat on the floor for drive and kick opportunities. Minch’s willingness to be coached jumped out to me in this evaluation. As she adds physical strength to match her length, her game will continue to grow. -- Brandon Clay

Minch fits the bill of a dead eye shooter with elite length. She has a consistent follow through and range well beyond the arc. She showed ball skill and confidence in either hand when moving the ball around the perimeter in the half court offense. We project Minch as a wing moving forward at this level. However, in order for her to compete at the highest levels she will need maximize her lateral quickness to be able to defend her position.
