Stewart is a high energy guard that can make things happen on the offensive end of the court. Her aggressiveness with the ball set her apart from others on the court. She attacks the lane and often sinks running lay-ups over lunging defenders. Her shooting ability is another skill that helps separate her as a consistent contributor. She is apt to catch fire from beyond the 3-point arc. Stewart is a solid ball handler who can provide help in the back court versus aggressive defenders. Her improving passing skills and vision allow her to run the offense as a lead handler in spurts. Becoming more confident in her weak hand and becoming a threat to turn the corner going left will be an area she can grow in upcoming months. – Coach Hemi
From Brandon Clay's Spotlight Workout (7/31/2020)
This was the second time this summer that Stewart has trained with our staff. This time, she flew more than halfway across the country to train with us and suit up for Brandon Clay Select. She made the time count putting on a solid showing in every aspect of the game. Stewart’s emerging ability to stretch defenses with her jumper was impressive. There is a bounce to Stewart’s step that is unexpected but allows her to be a threat on both ends.

Stewart was an integral part of Brandon Clay Training Select getting a victory over 1Nation. Our staff has praised Stewart’s offensive development but it was her defensive work that earned her minutes throughout the duration of the Fourth Quarter here. With multiple Elite 100 ranked prospects on the floor, Stewart’s willingness to do whatever it took to keep lightning quick guards in front of her has to be mentioned.
Stewart proved herself as a consumate point guard in this setting. She is an unselfish floor general who will use the ball screen to set up teammates. She is equally effective in transition where she will pitch ahead to advantage. Stewart also lead by example. She gets on the floor and does all the hustle plays that are necessary to win. The junior guard also hit the spot up 3-pointer, which will be very important as she climbs the ranks of competition at this level and the next. If there is an area that Stewart should look at to improve coming out of this camp, it is the fact that she tends to go to her right hand too often to attack. Balancing her weak hand attack will keep the defense off balance.
