Hake is a good athlete with good physical prowess. She looks like she is no stranger to the weight room. She’s a smaller, but rugged guard who plays with tons of energy, great activity and constant movement on the floor. She might have been the most talkative and best communicator of the day. She puts forth effort on the defensive end and has no problem getting on the ground for the loose ball. Simply put, Georgia Hake is a hustle and effort player. She’s a good teammate and moves the ball forward in transition off the pass. She shoots the ball okay but has an early release off her guide hand that can lend itself to some inconsistency. Ball handling has good enough control to make plays in the half court, but really needs to improve herself dynamically to create for herself and her teammates. Where she really excelled was offensive rebounds from the guard position for putbacks, which is a rare talent from the back court position. Moving forward, Georgia can continue to develop her offensive game and become more comfortable scoring the ball.
