Dixson is a 5'7 guard in the 2020 class that can flat out score the basketball. She is great at attacking the basket and putting the ball in the hole in a variety of ways. She made a nice reverse layup with one hand that was in control and looked part of her everday arsenal. She used the floater in the key that was on balance and can knock down the 3-ball with range. Her offensive game is dialed in and she is also a great passer. Her guard combo skills allow her to score and facilitate well in different scenarios on the floor. Continuing to develop her impact in transition and her footspeed are areas she can look to further develop right away because of how dynamic she is already. Dixson is a high effort player and takes ownership on the floor which is a great quality to look for when your trying to establish a floor leader.
Dixson is a 5'7 combo guard that is most effective when she has the ball in her hands. She is a spot up shooter and can knock down uncontested 3's when she has enough time and space to get her feet set. She also provides an aggressive punch on the defensive end of the floor. In the future, Dixson should continue to develop her game off the bounce and work on attacking her defense and going to the rim north south. As she develops more strength, she will be further developed on both ends of the floor. Overall, Dixson has a lot of upside and is a player you really have to contain on the floor because she is so versatile with her dribble.
