It was evident right away pressing play on the film that Straub is in the conversation as one of the better 3-point shooters that I've broken down video on so far this calendar year. She has legitimate catch and shoot range out to 25 feet. Straub also showed that she's willing to shoot the 3-pointer in transition off the pull up. That's a hard weapon for opposing teams to guard effectively. The coolest part in letting the clips stack up was that most prospects with Straub's range from the outside want no parts of the paint. That could not be further from the truth for her. She is always around the ball whether it's tying up post players for jump ball calls or grabbing rebounds, Straub didn't shy away from being in the mix at all. She can continue to add to her bag at the college level by attacking downhill off the hard closeout at the 3-point line into a one or two dribble midrange pull up. -- Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
