Bell, young 5'6 guard in the 2023 class. She showed great attention to detail in breakdowns, can do most of the footwork and finished with her left really well. In game play, she had some nice takes to the basket and good elevation going left at the rim. Her shiftiness allows her to navigate the paint well. In the championship game on Sunday, she put together a series of 4 consecutive drives to the rim that scored a quick 8 points. It was impressive to see her take initiative and have that command to take over at the end of the game. Going forward, developing more strength and explosiveness is an area that will develop more with time, but focusing on that will give her an upper edge against physical defenders. Also, Bell has a very capable midrange game with her versatility in the paint, so bringing that comfort to pull-up will be great to see her develop over the next year. Overall, Bell has a lot of elements to her game already as a young, class of 2023 guard.
