Bloom is a talented front-line player with a world of upside. She has the length and size to anchor a team in the paint. Yet she has the mobility and agility to play facing the basket. She showed up ready to work and compete at our academy. She was locked into the details of improving her skill set. She was vocal and can put the ball on the deck. Most unique is her ability to pass the basketball. This is a skill that most young post players do not have. The key for Bloom to reach her potential will be for her stay locked into developing her inside-out game. If she falls in love with become a wing and abandons developing footwork and physicality in the post, she could stagnate as a prospect. – Coach Hemi
