Meulemans is a young guard with an advanced skill set. She showed her ability to hit the open 3-pointer and get to the cup to finish. Her slick left hand moves in between defenders was an eye-opener in the academy. She also displayed a terrific left-hand pass to a slip in the pick and roll action. This type of feel is rare for a middle school prospect. An area that Meulemans can improve is her shot preparation. She takes a little time to load up and release. With physical maturation and attention to detail, we expect this to be only a short term issue. -- Coach Hemi
From Brandon Clay's Spotlight Workout
Meulemans displayed the type of attitude that makes training at these academies so much fun. We were working through shooting mechanics with a high one second followthrough and rather than get frustrated, Meulemans stayed dialed in and really grew in that area over the couple of days we spent working. She has the vibe that good ball players possess and as she grows into her frame will be one to track in the Badger State.
