Moriarty is well equipped to transition to the next level. She is a skilled forward. However, she also embraces the responsibility of being a leader on the court. When she gets hot from deep, she can turn the tide of a game with a quickness. Her versatility also allows her to impact the game even when her 3-point jumper is not on point. If she wants to get early playing time at Nebraska next season, it will be dependent on her perimeter defense. Maximizing her lateral quickness will be very key to this fact. – Coach Hemi

Moriarty is a versatile big wing who shot the ball well here. She has the size, length and overall skill set to be effective at multiple positions. During the Academy, we talked about her becoming more vocal in terms of calling out what she’s seeing whether it’s opposing team matchups, a set call from the sideline or a coverage / mismatch read on the floor.
