Fialho has the size on the wing at an early age that allows her to be effective as a catch and shoot threat or off the dribble. She has real potential in that regard for a middle school prospect. Continuing to work on being vocal will only assist her cause going forward. -- Brandon Clay
Fiahlho is highly skilled and an intelligent player despite being so young. She can shoot it from deep, has the skill to create and take her defender off the dribble, finish in traffic and score at all three levels. Fialho for her age right now has good size and athleticism. She is definitely showing the ability to have a bright future and to be a player to watch for years to come.

Fialho had a strong weekend, especially being one of the younger competitors. She’s a strong downhill driver. She was aggressive with the ball and showed she can play through contact, finishing after bumps on several attempts. She plays with good energy on both ends of the floor. As she gets stronger we’d like to see less guide hand in her shot.
