Carter did a good job of seeing the floor and not forcing anything this weekend. She's not afraid to make the next pass and with her skill set she was more than ready to be a floor general here. When she decided to get to the mid-range she made a great read and knocked down a jumper. Defensively she kept everything in front of her and was actively involved in rebounding from the guard position. In a 5- out scenario, she looked to create space with a step back pull-up that looked smooth. Her game is smooth and she's a calming presence on the floor.
Quick handle. High defensive IQ, has a good understanding of where she wants to direct the offense. She makes strong passes and will attack the defense. Moves the ball very well and has a confident demeanor on the floor. Floor general on the defensive end and moves her feet well. Offensively, she uses a hesitation to move to maneuver on the floor. Carter has a lot of upside.
