Westbrook, 2021 guard with a ton of potential with her elite size. She has range and will shoot the three. She is streaky at times, but very capable and has a lot of the tools to score when shes taking the right shots. She had some tough finishes in the lane that she capitalized on, but becoming consistently more physical will allow her to do more in the paint. Having that consistent urgency to be effective is key for her to make that next level change. She does a lot of things well on both ends of the floor, but taking more initiative is in her wheel house because she has the right skill set to be a consistent impact player.
Westbrook is a 5’9 guard in the 2021 class with an impressive feel to her game. She has a tremendous amount of length that positions her well when it comes to scoring at the rim and getting to loose balls off the rim. She showed good rebounding presence and a high IQ in the 4-on-4 games that also stood out. Her ball-handling is sound and she used the hesitation move really nicely to create space for herself. Going forward, Westbrook needs to develop her midrange jumper and continue to dial in her combo dribbling moves. She has so much upside as an athlete, that her potential to be a huge impact player has a high ceiling.
