Heiden has shown real growth and improvement in a year's time. She is a confident driver attacking to her strong hand and has the skill set to be effective going in either direction. It's evident watching Heiden that she's been around some quality coaching and instruction as she is a willing cutter without the ball. That said, Heiden is also a quality defender at this stage of her development process as well. Heiden's game will grow at the high school level as she becomes more accustomed to shooting the 3-pointer off the catch. -- Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
Heiden puts me in the mind of some of the better shooters annually in the Peach State as she brings a consistent, high follow through to the table already. She's got good range out to the 3-point line already. As Heiden learns to slow her feet down in game, her consistency will only continue to expand. -- Brandon Clay
When Heiden arrives on campus in the fall of 2024, she's going to be a really productive guard for the next four years for Starr's Mill. Right now, Heiden has the stride and frame as if she would run cross country or track. That will bode well for her especially on the defensive end of the hardwood as she'll be able to run circles around opposing guards conditioning wise. Heiden is poised to be a shot maker who can also help handle the basketball against pressure. She's a worker! -- Brandon Clay
