Huggins is prospect with a high ceiling as a guard. Having just picked up the game a few years ago, she has quickly shown that she can play alongside of some of the nation's best in the EBA camp series. The highlight of her weekend at the All-American camp was when she ripped to the hole with her left-hand and finished with her weak hand around Notre Dame bound forward Erin Boley. Huggins athleticism and ability to defend the perimeter make her a prospect with her best playing days still in front on her. She still has some polishing left as the range on her jumper could improve as well as the consistency in her decision making.
Huggins is a strong, athletic point guard who thrives in transition. She is best in space where she can use her speed to beat defenders to the bucket. In addition, Huggins is an unselfish player who will dump the ball off to open teammates. The next step in her progression is learn how to play the shooting guard position more effectively. Learning how to move without the ball and use screens will only enhance her effectivenss as an offensive player.
