In an era where potential is the buzz word of the moment, Nordstrom embodies the opposite: production. She’s an efficient shotmaker and ball handler sporting multiple Division One scholarship offers as a result. She’s got winning traits producing both on the elite high school level and in the EYBL. She's the lead guard for Mountain West Premier's EYBL team. She's a scoring point guard who this spring was highly productive agaist zone defense. She's a capable distributor as well with a 2:1 assist to turnover ratio at the first EYBL stop.
On arguably the high school game's biggest stage, Nordstrom was fantastic. She hit open shots from beyond the 3-point line, showed that she can play on the ball at the Point position and went toe-to-toe with some of the nation's best. That said, Nordstom's game is on pace if not more advanced than Molly Davis (Iowa / Central Michigan) as a high school prospect.
Nordstrom is a highly intelligent guard with the ability to make headsy plays off the dribble in the open court. She sees the floor, can handle the ball. Probably Nordstrom’s biggest strength is her ability to space the floor and knock down the jumper from range.
