Cronen has grown since our last evaluation of her nearly three years ago. Not only has she added inches to her height, but she has also added offensive pieces to her game. She proved that she can create with the dribble to get her own shot during the camp. She is also very consistent from beyond the arc with her feet set. As she heads into her final season of high school, she will need to continue to strengthen her weak hand attack when facing quick defenders. She is competent with her weak hand, but she can continue to strengthen it to keep defenders guessing as to which way she go to finish.
Cronen is a point guard who commands the floor well. She handles the ball well versus pressure and delivers the basketball to her teammates. She is good in the half court and in transition, which makes her a versatile offensive threat. Throw in the fact that Cronen shoots the ball well from distance and she has many of the tangible tools necessary to be a successful prospect for years to come. It is on the defensive end that she still has room to grow. Finding ways to anticipate plays better will be key for her growth on both ends of the floor.
