Young is a talented, young point guard who has a future as a lead playmaker at the next level. Her ball handling and quick dribble moves allow her to create space on the perimeter. She has soft touch with floaters in the lane and at the free throw line. That same quickness aids her on the defensive end. Her quick hands and feet allow her to pick the pocket of opposing ball handlers. Young still has several years of physical maturation in front of her. Adding strength and size will be important as she climbs the ladder of elite competition.
