McGinley is a guard with the tools to score the ball in a variety of ways. Her spot up jumper from beyond the arc was perhaps the most effective weapon that she sported during our one-day academy. Her footwork with the ball and even when catching the ball off the move is pristine. She projects to be a player that step right into most offensive systems and contribute on the wing. McGinley also has the instincts and IQ to impact defensively as well. The question that the senior guard will have to answer is if she can turn the corner with the drive versus the top defenders in her region. That is an area we believe she will be able to grow as she heads to the next level. – Coach Hemi
