Outlay made one of the nicest plays in the camp on a perfectly executed backdoor cut to get a clean layup look. That play summed up what our staff sees from Outlay at this point in her progression. She’s a solid perimeter threat who can stretch a defense with her shot forcing tight coverage which opens up cutting lanes to score. As Outlay keeps adding to her off the bounce arsenal, her game will keep expanding as a result. – Brandon Clay
