Much like my Film Room Evaluation on Evans last fall, she is showing a unique ability to create and get to her spots off the bounce. That skill set is uncanny for a player who hasn't played a single game of high school basketball yet. Evans has a real feel for where people are on the hardwood and how to get them involved using her dribble to create. She is a willing driver to get both feet in the paint for scoring opportunities or to find an open teammate on the drive and dish. Evans game will continue to blossom as she fills into her frame. As that happens, she'll be able to play through even more contact to make things happen. -- Brandon Clay | @BrandonClayPSB
Evans is really skilled with the basketball in her hands. She's a capable slasher off the bounce and knocked down some open looks as well. What really popped off the page to me is her ability to make plays for her teammates. Evans consistently found open shooters or cutters to the rim for easy looks. On some level, that's not a teachable skill. Either you can make that read or you can't. It's evident at an early age that Evans can. As she fills out over time, expect even more playmaking ability from her as a result. -- Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
In our first training session together, Evans showed here that she has good footwork for a middle school prospect along with shooting range to 3-point line. She has the tools to be a consistent shot maker in due time as she gets stronger and fills out. Evans can continue to add to her follow though package staying straight and square. -- Brandon Clay
