Bond is a fundamental combo-guard who can score points in a flurry. Her consistent jump shot from beyond the 3-point arc helps set up the rest of her game. She proved that she is more than a standstill shooter in this camp as she was able to score off the move and in traffic. Bond can play either guard position at this level. Her ball handling and feel for the game set her apart from other guards who may only be comfortable at executing a few skills on the court. For Bond to further separate herself, as she prepares for the next level, she will need to prove herself as a play-maker for others on the court. She is a good passer and has the vision necessary for high level execution. It will be a matter of experience, comfort and the right system for her to thrive.
Bond is a skilled guard that showed an advanced skill set for her age at this camp. She is an adept ball handler and a consistent shot maker. Although she has not stepped foot into the halls of high school as of yet, she plays with the poise and maturity of a veteran. Bond showed the ability to play the point or the shooting guard positions in this camp. It will be important that she continues to develop her lead guard skills to become play-making threat as she climbs the ladder of talent.
