McMillan is a young 5'5 guard that plays the game with power. Offensively, she attacks well going right and uses her strength to get to the rim. On the defensive end, it was no surprise to see her as a strong on ball defender because of her toughness to stay in front. McMillan has a lot of offensive upside attacking the rim, so continually making herself available and being more assertive will create more touches in the half court for her. Overall, McMillan can continue to develop her ball-handling going left, midrange impact and overall command from the guard position which will really add more depth to her game going forward.
