Banks is one of the most explosive athletes in the class. Her burst on her first step and size at the guard position are elite. She's a player who can impact both sides of the floor and create tempo from either side as well. The area of her game that needs to continue to improve is her accuracy from behind the arc. If she can elevate that part of her game into the 30-plus-percent range she'll be one of the toughest perimeter players to guard in the country.
