Benway was a favorite among the coaching staff. She’s a great communicator on the floor, shows high I.Q. for her age. She works off the jab well, has a little wiggle in her game, was terrific in the drive and kick game and seemed unphased by contact. She was confident trying to score and her shooting could get even better with more consistency on the follow-thru.
