Salas is a left-handed guard who brings youthful energy, competitiveness, and enthusiasm to the floor. She is an eager learner who observes well, receives coaching, and makes a clear effort to apply instruction during live play. Her coachability stood out, along with her willingness to compete and keep improving. Offensively, she is quick off the bounce, can get into space, and showed the ability to connect from range. She plays hard and is beginning to find her voice as a young leader.
As she continues to develop, improving her weak hand will be important. She currently relies heavily on her left, so becoming more comfortable attacking, handling, and finishing with her right hand will make her more balanced and difficult to defend.
