Loftus is an aggressive slashing guard. She showed her strength and quickness with the ball during the academy. She is slick with the ball and leaves defenders leaning the wrong direction on the perimeter. She is equally apt to finish with her weak hand around the basket as well. This makes her a tough cover for many defenders because they do not which direction she will be going. Loftus’ jumper technique looks solid. In future evaluations it will be useful to see more consistent range on her jumper. – Coach Hemi
