2018: Check Me Out Texas
Smith, 5’7 guard in the 2022 class. Offensively, she did a great job of attacking the middle of the lane and looking for her shot in the midrange. She’s opportunistic and that is going to be a great foundation for her approach over the next few years. Creating more space into her shot is key, which will give her a better shot selection at the rim. Defensively, she had a nice steal and in transition she ran the lane and scored a layup. Continuing to develop her passing, strength, and ball handling are growth points for her going forward. Only in the 2022 class, she has a lot of upside to develop her game in the back court position.
