Helf is a 5'4 guard in the 2023 class that plays the game with a lot of court savvy. Offensively, she has the strength to shoot the 3-ball off the bounce and if she is given any space, she has the confidence to pull up and take those opportunities. Continuing to work on her consistency beyond the arc and in the midrange would be a great skill to make part of her everyday training process. It is an aspect of her game that really looks natural and smooth and a glimpse of what we may see a lot of from her in the future. Defensively, she has good athleticism and guard strength that allows her to be a sound defender. Also, as a facilitator on the perimeter, she made a few interior passes to the post that were direct and heads up actions. Overall, Helf was an exciting young guard to watch compete and show off her ball skills in game play and during skill sessions.
