| Ahmad was great running the point guard postion at the showcase. She showed she is very capable of running and directing her teammates and has great instincts making reads. She had a lot of savvy decidng when to make certain passes and when to attack the lane. What she also did well, which has become a lost art, was find her midrange jumper. Continuing to hone up her commmand on the court and adding more strength to her game will be key for her as she enters her Junior year. Focusing on that and developing her left hand further will help her ability to attack the lane because she already gets in the paint well. Ahmad has a quick first step and shoots free throws well, look for her to be a dynamic point guard on the floor. |
