Ward is a solid, competent shooting guard. Her smooth fundamentals and consistency from long range give her immediate value any time she steps on the court. She was effective during the academy at finding the open spot on the court and connecting on long range shots. Ward’s ball handling is solid, especially when working within the half court offense. Gaining confidence in her weak hand when passing will be an area that she can improve. – Coach Hemi
