Hayes is a young wing with a wealth of skill and athleticism. Her ability to affect the game spans well beyond her ability to score the ball. Although she showed a solid spot up jump shot, she proved that track rebounds and loose balls effectively as well. Her defensive aptitude might give her an even higher trajectory. The freshman projects to be a player who can defend multiple perimeter positions with effectiveness. Polishing up her offensive skill set will help propel her to greater heights soon. Small details such as gaining confidence in her weak hand to pass and drive could be the corridor for the next step for her. – Coach Hemi
