This was my first chance to watch film on Haffner’s game. From the opening clip, her ability to keep the floor spaced with her 3-point shooting jumps out as a major long term positive. Every college roster in the country regardless of level needs floor spacers to convert drive and kick opportunities and to keep the lane unclogged for their posts to work. Haffner can do just that especially burying 3-pointers from the deep corner. She’s always ready to catch and get the basketball out quick but not in a hurry. A right-handed jump shooter, Haffner made a fantastic post entry pass with her left hand for a score. That’s a tough pass for any perimeter player to make at this age and a positive that Haffner was willing and able to do it. That play sums up how I view Haffner's game aside from her jump shooting: a heady and smart player with real IQ. Look for Haffner to keep working on her physical strength over the next 12 months. That’s a place where she can keep adding to her game. – Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
