August 2026: Elite Is Earned CMO Seattle
Dillard showed a solid fundamental base and a balanced skill foundation. Offensively, she displayed shot-making ability, especially as a catch-and-shoot threat with range beyond the arc. She picked smart shots, played within the system, and showed an understanding of spacing and timing. With the ball, she used hesitation moves and changes of pace, keeping defenders off balance, and creating advantages when opportunities were there.
Dillard also showed coachability by staying engaged on the bench between shifts and receiving feedback well in real time. Her steady demeanor stood out, as she stayed even-keeled after tough calls. The next step in her development is becoming a more assertive defender. Improving her closeout technique, staying in a defensive stance longer, and continuing to sharpen her overall feel will help her impact the game more consistently on both ends.
