BCT Fall Showcase - Indy

BCT Fall Showcase - Indy
Addison Blum

INDIANAPOLIS- Indiana is like a second home for our Brandon Clay Scouting and Training staff. We’ll be back for the Winter Showcase on December 21st. On Saturday, we were in town for a small group workout that had a feel very similar to our Southeast All Stars club practices. This group responded like champions in what was a dynamic two plus hour session. Here are takeaways from my desk on what they showed:

Class of 2029

Addison Blum

Indiana, Class of 2029

Blum is such a hard worker. Every time our staff rolls into town, Blum is front and center ready to work. It’s showing up in a major way. She’s turning herself into a kid capable of doing more on the floor than make an open shot. That’s a cool part of her game to see evolve.

Bayleigh Eisele

Indiana, Class of 2029

POSITIONG

HEIGHT5' 4"

COMMITTED TO

Undecided

Eisele’s growth has been documented on the site. What we haven’t spoken about is her willingness to be in the gym consistently to put the time in on her game. She’s in the gym with our staff as much as Blum is. That’s saying something. Like Blum, Eisele is seeing the positive effects of her work show up on the floor.

Savayah Mitchell

Indiana, Class of 2029

POSITIONG

HEIGHT5' 8"

COMMITTED TO

Undecided

Mitchell is a rising star in the Hoosier State. She has a lot of the potential that our staff sees in future dynamic scoring guards. Mitchell has been on the floor with us before but showed considerable growth in this eval. She is without question one to keep a close eye on.

Class of 2030

Tatum Eberly

Indiana, Class of 2030

POSITIONPG

HEIGHT5' 3"

COMMITTED TO

Undecided

Eberly is a legitimate option at the lead guard spot. Her competitive nature is what has stood out to our staff on multiple occasions now. She’s a true gamer who brings that same fire to everything she does whether it’s a game, workout or a practice. That’s rare. She’s truly one of us.

Rylee Grinstead

Indiana, Class of 2030

POSITIONF

HEIGHT5' 9"

COMMITTED TO

Undecided

Grinstead has a super chill on-floor demeanor that allows her to just come in and get her work done. She’s a tough matchup during 5 on 5 as she’ll rebound and is a very bright defender at the same time. In that way, Grinstead is a kid who is going to learn a lot from us on how to play the game.

Ady Nicley

This was our staff’s first time on the floor with Nicley. She has the attitude and the moxie that it takes to benefit from the training that our staff provides. Nicley is a high level kid with a good understanding of the game already. If her showing on Saturday was any indication, Nicley will be with us on the floor for years to come.

Claire Stoops

Stoops had not been with the Brandon Clay Training staff before Saturday. She’s got a chance to be one of the best that the region, if not country, has to offer in her class. Stoops ability to score the basketball is beyond her years with plenty of room to improve her craft. She has all the tools to be a true PG1 in the mold of current Overtime Select MVP and Southeast All Star, Kate Harpring.

Class of 2031

Elle Miller

Indiana, Class of 2031

POSITIONG

HEIGHT5' 7"

COMMITTED TO

Undecided

Miller was the youngest one in the gym. The average basketball observer would have never noticed it. She’s been on the floor with our staff on multiple occasions over the last 12 months and looks to be a leader of the pack in her class statewide. Miller has grown six inches since the first time we trained in 2023.
