Fletcher is an excellent and versatile defender, excelling at guarding both guards and wings by leveraging her speed, athleticism, and effort. Offensively, she is a reliable spot-up shooter, particularly effective in catch-and-shoot situations from range. When she puts the ball on the floor, Fletcher is a strong downhill, straight-line driver to the rim. To further enhance her game, she could work on developing her midrange game, including stopping in space to hit midrange jumpers, which would add another dimension to her offensive skill set.
