This was my third Film Room Evaluation on Bardenwerper since the year begin. It's interesting to see how much her game is growing and changing at a rapid pace. She plays with effort and energy each time I breakdown her film. The part of her development that was noteworthy to me is her skill set starting to catch up to her frame. Bardenwerper looks like a college athlete build wise. Her game especially off the dribble is starting to mature in that regard as well. Bardenwerper was looking to attack. Reading the defense at game speed will come easier in time. For now, continuing to play with aggression on both ends of the floor and rebounding the basketball will be keys to her growth. -- Brandon Clay | @BrandonClayPSB
Bardenwerper's physical tools jump off the page. She is skilled and made shots here in this extra session. Continuing to develop her mechanics will go a long way over the next 12 months. Bardenwerper's footwork is consistent. She can grow her lower body movements getting off the ground into her shot. Bardenwerper has the power and build to be a shooter out to 24-25 feet before she leaves high school. -- Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
Coming into this setting, I was really high on Bardenwerper's game and potential. Her play here only enhanced how I felt about her potential going forward. Bardenwerper is at a place where she just needs more game play reps with other like minded kids. Her size and athleticism package was impressive here. She is a more than capable option at the forward spot and will only grow as her confidence in handling the basketball does. Today was a day that cemented her as a legitimate college prospect in our staff's eyes. -- Brandon Clay / @BrandonClayPSB
In the modern era, Bardenwerper should be considered a prospect capable of playing multiple positions. She can slot at either the 3 or 4 depending on the style of play and level of competition with a chance to add the 2 to that arsenal with the proper work this off-season.. Armed with legitimate outside shooting range, Bardenwerper is capable of spacing the floor with her 3-point jumper. As she gets more and more accustomed to playing with and against next level prospects, there is a major upside ahead for Bardenwerper's skill set the next 12 months.
