Herman showed considerable growth here from our session in the fall of 2023. She puts in the time and the work on her overall game. Her shot mechanics are much improved as a result. Herman's ability to serve as a true catch and shoot threat will rest on her ability to consistently make the open 3-pointer and making quality in-game reads based on what the defense is doing. Herman has a nice combination of size and upside. She was one of the harder workers in any of the sessions that we had in Kansas City even getting extra work with Aubrey Shaw. Herman's shot is solid with her possessing a tall followthrough already. In that regard, all of her shots look the same which is a positive at this stage for sure. Going forward, Herman can keep working on slowing her feet down to complete plays. -- Brandon Clay
