Laird is a versatile wing/forward. She has good size, can play on the perimeter, operate out of the midrange and be productive inside. She has good hands. She is agile. She can shoot the three. Laird attacks the rim and is a good finisher. Her dribble tends to get high on her and she can be too upright. I’d like to see her get lower on her drives and handle the ball better.
