Wells played like a bis smooth power wing this weekend. The Nashville native made the trip to Arizona and showed quick handle for her size. She also showed touch on her floaters. We'd like to see her smooth out her release and feet on her jumper and that woul elevate her game another level.
Wells is a young player with a wealth of potential and talent. She has an athletic frame and uses it to power towards the goal. She is a lead guard in the making as she can lead a team and make plays with the ball in her hands. There is still plenty of upside for her game as she has the size and skill to make a difference. Wells is a solid shooter during drills, however she will need to find that consistency when the game gets going up and down the court.
