Wilson is an offensive force! The 3-point shot has never been as important as it is right now and Wilson projects to be one of the top shooters nationally given her accuracy and range. Her high arcing follow through and pristine footwork allow her to get connect on shots from beyond the arc consistently. Wilson’s skill set does not stop there. She has a great feel for when to attack the lane and finish at the rim. She displays great body control and the ability to finish with either hand. Defensively the rising junior anticipates plays well. She is opportunistic by shooting the gaps for steals or blocking shots in transition. Wilson has not reached here ceiling as a prospect either. There should be optimism for college coaches that Wilson can blossom into an even more complete player once she steps onto campus as a freshman. Much of her upside is will be tied to her filling out physically and becoming a play maker for others from the point guard position. – Coach Hemi
