Hajdukovich has a reputation of being one of the hardest workers in the whole showcase, because she flat out puts the time in, and genuinely cares about going forward. Her attitude to get better really shows on the floor and it translates well when she is running the guard position. She has great command and is constantly communicating with her teammates. She plays with toughness and will attack the rim through contact. From range, she can knock down the 3-ball, but finding more consistency there will be key for her along with learning to create more space with her attack moves to the pull-up. After reading her eval from 2015, her improvement has been incredible and she really has embraced the court leadership aspect of her game. Overall, Hajdukovich's persistence to continue to work on her game will pay off for her.
| Hajdukovich was a new face and impressive player at the point guard position at the Check Me Out Showcase. What really stood out about her play was her ability to pass the ball in the half court. She has great court vision and really distributed the ball to her teammates in areas to score. She also showed her ability to shoot the 3-ball and make scoring reads off the ball screen. Would love to see her be more in attack mode, but her confidence shooting behind the screen was good to see in her arsenal. Going forward, Hajdukovich needs to focus her vocalness and her assertiveness on the floor. That command will help establish her role on the floor as a general and true point guard. Overall, Hajdukovich has an opportunity to impact the floor from the point guard position if she stays confident and believes in her shot. |
