| Blakely is a young, developing guard in the 2019 class. In her first year up in the High School divison, she did a really good job of making decisions with the basketball offensively. She didn't take as many opportunties for herself looking to score, but was able to get her teammates the ball in the right scenario a lot of the time. Going forward, continuing to play at this next level and learning the flow of the game will be key for her. She has the IQ to be a sound, facilitating guard that can stretch the defense from beyond the arc, if she continues to put the work in. Overall, a great teammate on the floor and has the next couple of years to determine her path. |
Blakely has a strong build and has a lot of upside. She was rare this weekend in that she moved well without the basketball consistently. She finishes in lane and has good change of direction moves. Her passes are crisp and on point. She cuts quickly and overall shows good basketball I.Q. She really just needs to be more confident with the ball, be more decisive because she see the floor well.
