Medeiros' intentional approach on the court is evident in her relentless cutting, slashing, and drives towards the basket. She has no problem pushing the issue. She has good size and an added advantage of length is that it allows her to maneuver effectively against her defenders, making her an offensive threat. On the weekend her shooting was a little streaky but she did show when in rhythm, she can be a genuine threat from beyond the arc. Her ability to connect from range can stretch defenses, adding another dimension to her team's offensive schemes.
Defensively, Medeiros leaves her mark by being active in passing lanes. Her understanding of transition play is evident in how efficiently she runs her lanes, capitalizing on mismatches and creating scoring opportunities. As the weekend progressed, a noticeable shift in Medeiros' game was apparent. Following some initial successes, her confidence grew, and with that, her on-court performance improved significantly.
