Class of 2018 wing Christyn Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas has narrowed her list to five schools. The 5-foot-11 guard will ultimately pick from one of the following, Baylor, Connecticut, Notre Dame, Tennessee, and UCLA. Williams had previously considered Arkansas and South Carolina as members of a list of seven.
Williams is the No. 2 ranked player in the class of 2018 and was a member of the U17 USA national team in the summer of 2016. Williams, was selected as the winner of the Gatorade player of the year award for the state of Arkansas, will join Cy-Fair Nike Elite playing in the EYBL this summer.
When asked about Williams game ProspectsNation publisher Chris Hansen said "Williams is competitive to her core. She loves to take play against the best as a measuring stick and so far she has stacked up well. Her explosiveness with the ball stands out but she has emerged as a leader on the floor and could be running the show as a lead guard at the next level."
