BUFORD, Ga. – The PSBPreSeason Challenge has become the staple of the southeast region the in the month of April. Here’s a quick look at several prospects who are must see for college coaches this summer.

Fresh off receiving a scholarship offer from Western Kentucky, Class of 2019 guard Torrion Starks of Hartwell, Georgia., made her presence felt here against some of the region’s top backcourt prospects. She’s one to track early in July with EOTO Black at the #PSBSummerKickoff on July 6-7.

We’re quite familiar with Class of 2020 prospect Mariyah Fletcher of Georgia, after her play at the EBAAllAmerican Showcase last fall. Playing with OMG-TGE, Fletcher’s game is based on combining good size with a willingness to be effective in multiple roles.

GDB 2022 teammates, Tatum Ozment and Calie Thrower, made an impression during a game I watched on Saturday. Ozment has good size and activity on the perimeter while Thrower is comfortable with the ball in her hands leading the offense. Like EOTO and OMG, GDB will be on hand for the Summer Kickoff to open up the July evaluation period.

Class of 2019 guard Heather Vaughan of Mount Airy, Georgia, has been a major producer for the Lady Heat so far this spring / summer. She has legit range beyond the arc forcing opposing defenses to play her honestly when she has the ball in her hands.

It’s hard to find a guard who has been more important to her team than Class of 2019 option Torie Williams of Jasper, Georgia, has to the North Georgia Titans. Williams is a scoring threat who also does a good job of finding open teammates as well when they’re open.
