SUWANEE, Ga.-- A sold out tournament of 84 teams is how Peach State Basketball started the spring travel season. The three-day tournament, which started on Friday night, packed out Suwanee Sports Academy.

Feature Team

TENNESSEE XTreme

Coach Andrew Little has been at work to get his team competitive for the upcoming season. He returns a core group of players that we have watched develop for the last several years. Kathaleen Alomar of Cleveland, Tenn., is a prospect that we identified as a shooting specialist at the 2011 Summer Invitational. Today, the class of 2016 guard has matured into a player who can handle the ball efficiently while still being able to make the open shot. She is joined in the backcourt by class of 2016 guards Aizha Little of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Megan Lewis of Ringgold, Ga.

The frontcourt depth for Little is also impressive. He added 6-foot-3 post Jaiden McCoy of Knoxville, Tenn., to play along side of 6-1 forward Maddie Wright of Chattanooga, Tenn. This tandem of post players certainly will be a formidable presence as they compete throughout the 2014 calendar year. This team, with its balanced line-up is sure to draw the attention of a number of college programs this spring and summer.
