Hart To NC State

Sophie Hart of Farmington, Minnesota, gave her commitment to North Carolina State earlier this month.  The 6-foot-4 post is one of the best true posts in the class.

Hart is a skilled big who is comfortable with her back to the basket, scoring over either shoulder, as well as playing in the pinch post.  She has the ideal frame for the post position at the Power 5 level as well.

Hart will hit campus in time to play with this past season’s sophomore sensation, Elissa Cunane, a 6-5 post from Summerfield, North Carolina.  Having an upperclassmen who has a similar game to mentor Hart early in her collegiate career is invaluable.

Hart is the third player to commit to Wes Moore and the Wolfpack in 2021.  She joins a pair of perimeter players – Aziaha James, a 5-11 guard from Virginia Beach, Virigina, and Jessica Timmons, a 5-9 guard from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Bradley To TCU

Paige Bradley of Dallas, Texas, has given her verbal commitment to Texas Christian University.  The 5-10 wing is a swiss army knife of sorts on the perimeter and is a big addition for Raegan Pebley’s program that values two-way players.

Bradley’s offensive game allows her to score at all three levels. She has shown college range already and her combination of bounce and a quick release make her mid-range game a terrific weapon.  She moves well without the basketball and can score slashing as often as with the ball in her hands.

Bradley is the third commitment from the Horned Frogs in 2021.  She’ll be joined on the perimeter by 5-11 ELITE 150 Watch List guard Evie Goetz of Denton, Texas, and 5-8 combo guard Mariah Roberts of Arlington, Texas.
