Kansas State Adds Goodrich
Thursday morning, Cymone Goodrich of Matteson, Illinois made a verbal pledge to play her college basketball at Kansas State. As a 5-foot-9 guard, Goodrich is the No. 102 ranked player in the class of 2017 and is a four-star prospect. Goodrich joins, four-star forward Rachel Ranke of Burnsville, Minnesota as the second member of the 2017 class to choose Kansas State.
Goodrich is an electric athlete who should be able to make an impact on both sides of the ball. Her ability to attack the rim and create offense will make her a welcomed addition to the Big 12 school. One knock on Goodrich has been consistent shooting from the perimeter, but that was an area that we saw an improvement from this summer.
Kansas State still has work to do in the 2017 class. They are involved with four-star guards Jayda Adams and Ashley Jones, two undecided members of the ELITE 150.
